France’s President Emmanuel Macron welcomed European leaders on the Elysee Palace in Paris on Monday for an emergency summit on the struggle in Ukraine.
Peace talks on ending the struggle are set to happen in Saudi Arabia between the US and Russia, and Russian Overseas Minister Sergei Lavrov stated there was no function for Europe in any peace talks.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated Kyiv wouldn’t be collaborating within the assembly between US and Russian officers on Tuesday.
Following the summit, German Chancellor Olaf Schloz stated Europe and the US should work collectively on safety, and Polish prime minister Donald Tusk stated there needs to be no choices about Ukraine with out its involvement.
