Owen Glass, a 10-year-old from the distant island of Tristan da Cunha, is believed to be the youngest to present an official speech within the Home of Commons.
The schoolboy spoke on the UK Youth Parliament’s annual debate within the Home of Commons on Friday, telling Members of Youth Parliament (MYPs) about the advantages and challenges of residing in a distant group and his hopes of turning into an engineer.
